Trendy alfresco accents like outdoor lamps, mirrors and even chandeliers help can make a patio or deck feel like an extension of a home’s interior. McLean-based designers Shanon Munn and Amanda Welch, of Ambi Design Studio, incorporated these elements into the master deck of the D.C. Design House.
